Please use the Construction Loan Documentation Checklist if you are interested in a Timberland Bank Construction Loan. The documentation that may be requested for a construction loan differs from the materials needed to apply for a home loan.

• What is the interest rate on my mortgage loan? Fixed interest rates change every day. Please contact one of our helpful loan specialists for today's rate, or call 800-562-8761 to be directed to the branch that is most convenient for you.
• When I apply for a loan, what costs do I pay up front? When applying for a loan at Timberland Bank, we collect in advance for the application fee.
• Can I manage my own construction project rather than hire a contractor? Yes, Timberland Bank welcomes those who wish to take advantage of our Owner/Builder program. As an Owner/Builder you will actively manage your home construction project with the guidance of an experienced Timberland loan specialist.
• How do I draw funds on a construction loan? Timberland Bank has partnered with Built Technologies, Inc. ("Built") to provide software that manages your construction draw process with transparency for all parties. Draws should be requested online through the Built platform. If you have not received a login for Built, you will be sent one after closing when your Construction Budget is set-up in Built.
