Executive Message
In 2023, we undertook an initiative to create a Corporate Citizenship Report to inform stakeholders of pertinent policies and practices that affect our customers, communities, employees and shareholders. Since 1915, Timberland has supported individuals and businesses in our communities in their quest to succeed financially by offering exceptional customer service and high quality products and services.
In order to accomplish this, we promote a work environment that attracts, develops, and retains capable and effective staff members who demonstrate a commitment to the success of the organization. We continue to improve technology to assist customers with every day needs, create efficiencies for staff members and enhance data and cyber security. In addition, we believe it is important for us to invest in our communities by donating financially and with our time.
